20 years of growth and development
Optimax started operations in a barn in Webster, New York with a single mission– to grind and polish optical components. Today, we stay true to these roots while expanding and taking on challenging projects to meet emerging market needs.
In 2012, we added 50+ new employees to our workforce, as well as continuing a $7.5 million dollar expansion. This year we will be expanding our coating facilities to enhance our capabilities for large diameter optics (up to 500mm) and deep UV and IR coatings.
